RS232 KIT offers the following Returns Policy:

Do to the nature of the purchase, only defective cables will be replaced. Information can be copied so once you've purchased a kit we cannot refund the purchase.
All cables are completely tested in our facility before shipping. If for some reason a cable should be defective simply let us know. After we verify your purchase, we will send a a new cable along with a pre-paid self addressed return envelope to you by USPS Priority Mail. Simply put the old cable in the envelope and drop it in any mail box or postal drop box. That's it, nothing else is required.
