All cables are completely tested in our facility before shipping. If for some reason a cable should be defective simply let us know! After we verify your purchase, we will send a a new cable along with a pre-paid self addressed return envelope to you by USPS Priority Mail. Simply put the old cable in the envelope and drop it in any mail box or postal drop box. That's it, nothing else is required.

Our policy also extends to the software included with the cable. If you are having trouble installing or setting up the communications, just send us an e-mail with you problem and we'll get on it right away!
